How life and time are similar.....

Sometimes when life is at a standstill and you are taking it at a slow pace, one tends to believe that everything can be figured out and that it will work out for you. We all seem to forget that THINGS don't really happen on their own we( the ones sitting back and taking it slow) are the ones who have to take an initiative to do them.

As time passes by life goes by too. What most of us tend to forget is that life is like time.... keeps moving... keeps moving ahead whether you move ahead with it or not. It depends on us weather we let it pass by and look at it casually or grab it and move with it or move faster than it.

I sometimes stand still and look at it pass by and later realise that I have wasted my life in things which weren't important. I see my mistakes I realise them I want to go back in life and change them, correct them, but, I cant.

I have let it go to waste.

And now that I realise all that can go wrong in the future.

I take a pledge to not waste my life in things which aren't useful.

I take a pledge to make myself someone of substance and not just another person.

I pledge to change the course of things that I feel had gone wrong in the past but can be corrected in the future.

I pledge to get out of the useless self that I am and make use of the wonderful time and life I have , to its fullest.

I pledge to be better.
